NEWPETFOOD

NEWPETFOOD is a business investment project that was born with the aim of implementing a new complete line of food production for companion animals (dogs and cats) in Villaseca de la Sagra (Toledo) equipped with the best technologies on the market.

The actions contemplated in the project foresee the implementation of assets in various areas of the production process: milling, screening and mixing room; extrusion and drying of products; lubrication, cooling and transport to silos, including the packaging area and vertical conveyors. With all this, the aim is to obtain pet food of a higher protein quality and high added value, and in this way, increase the competitiveness of Golden Pet Food within the sector in which it operates.

This investment initiative has a global budget of € 2,651,369 and is co-financed by the Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI) with ERDF funds from the European Union, through the financial instrument Línea Directa de Expansión (LIC A), and is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.
