PRODUCTION PROCESS
A mixture is made with the best raw materials, which have previously been selected by qualified staff.
The mixed ingredients are then put through a micro-grinder in order to guarantee the complete uniformity of the product.
Next, the product undergoes a continuous and uniform cooking process, called extrusion. This process involves applying high temperatures and pressure to the food for a short time period – this results in a series of changes in the shape, structure and composition of the product.
Thus, an improved digestibility and nutritional function are achieved, favouring the care and development of your pet – the latter being a key priority of our production process.
Finally, after several processes targeted at improving the quality of our crispy and appetising kibble, the food is packaged. At this point, it’s ready for distribution.
